How to Implement a Raw Food Diet
As we hear more and more about the effect of diet on health and longevity, you may want to consider a raw diet. While this lifestyle is different from the usual, it drives you towards raw foods.
What exactly is a raw diet? In general, this means that you are only allowed to eat perfectly normal things. This means foods that are not processed or cooked. Although for some people, many fans of raw foods do not eat meat, except maybe some sushi.

These tips will help you make the conversion:
1. Make a list of acceptable foods you like. There are countless books and websites with diet lists that follow diet guidelines. You will most likely find many foods you have not considered. Make a long list so you can have a wide range of foods and flavors!
2. Go shopping. Precise budgeting can be a challenge at first. Although many of the foods you probably buy aren’t expensive, there will be plenty of them. Most raw foods don’t provide many calories. You’ll be surprised how much you may have to eat.
• Avoid buying too much. Many foods will not last as long as many processed foods.
3. Start slowly. If you are not used to eating too much fruit, leaving it can cause stomach upset. Slowly introduce raw foods. In each meal, replace one element of raw food with something that is not usually eaten raw. Add your food for a week or two to be 100% raw.

4. Discard processed foods. One way to make sure you almost fall off the wagon is to easily prepare other foods. We all have weaknesses, so be prepared. Friends, family, and food banks will probably get what you no longer want to eat.
• If you have others at home who cannot eat raw, at least try to get rid of what you are tempted to do.
5. Take a good multivitamin. Some of the nutrients in the vegan diet may not be available, and vitamin B-12 is a prominent example. Even if you don’t eat vegetarian and are usually entertained by dietary supplements, talk to your doctor before dismissing the idea.

6. Remember to get enough protein. Protein is another nutrient that you may lose if not taken care of. Eating balanced meals is always as important.
7. Continue adjusting your diet. How do you feel about losing weight? Are you losing too much weight? there any other foods you would like to try? Are there any foods you want to delete?
8. Give raw foods at least 30 days. If you can go 30 days without cheating, you have to have the idea of whether a raw or raw diet is what you want to continue. Any food that comes out of a diet tends to be carefully evaluated.

If the raw food lifestyle is something you want to try, take the steps above for a photo. Changing eating habits is often a challenge. Our bodies and minds get used to certain foods. Predict difficult conditions in the first 30 to 60 days.

However, keep in mind that medical information clearly indicates that our dietary choices have a great impact on our health. Maybe a raw diet is an answer for you.
